2005 Chevrolet Duramax CNG Conversion

June 25, 2013

We just finished installing a Diesel CNG kit on this 2005 Chev Duramax. After tuning we are averaging 28 mpg around town and seeing the mid 30s for highway mpg. This is a realistic advantage of the diesel conversions. Don’t get hyped into thinking it will quadruple your fuel economy because it won’t without doing severe damage to the turbo and motor. 2005 F150 Lariat CNG Conversion

June 17, 2013

We have just converted a 2005 F-150 with the Lariat package. This is an awesome truck and it costs less than 1/2 what it would cost to drive because it runs on CNG!! This was a sequential injection kit that allows the owner to switch between fuels at the switch of a button.

2010 Honda Ridgeline CNG Conversion

June 17, 2013

We just completed the installation of a 2010 Honda Ridgeline. It now runs as a bi-fuel cng/gasoline vehicle. This was one of the slickest installations we have ever done. The tank is completely hidden in the covered compartment in the bed of the truck.

2004 Chev 2500HD converted to CNG

April 23, 2013

So I have just finished a Chev 2500HD 6.0  conversion to natural gas. The injection kit runs smooth and saves $$ at the pump and burns clean fuel.

The newer kits and injection systems have come down in price from where they were 5-6 years ago and the tune ability they allow is so much better than the older venturi style systems.  Thats not to say the venturi kits don’t have their place because they run good as well. The new injection systems are just smooth. They may take some extra time installing but in my opinion they are time and money well spent.

I’ll try to get some pictures up in the next day or so of where i put the hardware. This truck had 2 batteries so the place i have normally put the regulator on the Chevy and GMC trucks wasn’t available so i had to package the hardware between the master cylinder, fire wall, and quarter panel. So space was a little tighter than usual but it worked  out and runs great.
